My first ever uploaded lot yay!
I made this for my new neighborhood, and for the Community Theme over at GOS.

1. I have all EP's and Ikea SP
2. There's one piece of CC (a wall) included.
3. This is a community lot.
4. Use the clean installer to install this lot!
